In the highly unregulated and interconnected business of trading and manufacturing in Asia, it is often difficult to determine who is actually manufacturing your product and where it is coming from. Certain basic facts about potential vendors are vital to successfully doing business in the region. Thus, a key factor in achieving your business goals is to identify and engage with vendors that are able to meet your production and quality requirements, while maintaining acceptable levels of social responsibility in a growing socially aware environment. An audit confirms that your factory is legitimate before placing an order.

Our vendor audit process will help you to match production capability, performance, and professionalism with your expectations and requirements. This requires an in-depth assessment of various criteria including policies and management procedures that demonstrate the vendor’s ability to actually deliver.

The factory audit is ideally conducted before your order is placed. By checking the manufacturer's legal license, production capacities and capabilities, quality assurance (QA & QC) system, typical performance, the factory audit can provide you with the information to help you more accurately evaluate the overall performance of the manufacturer, with minimum risk before your order is placed.
